Spring of Life and Fountain of Wisdom Schools ("the School") is a private Christian educational institution located at 47/48 Ebeano Estate, Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every parent, guardian, student, applicant, and visitor who interacts with us online or in person.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including: names and contact details submitted via the admissions enquiry form; email addresses entered for event reminder subscriptions or newsletter sign-ups; career application data including qualifications and CV documents; and messages sent through the contact form. We do not collect payment information directly — all fee transactions are handled through our secure student portal.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to: respond to admissions, career, or general enquiries; send event reminders or school news updates you have opted into; process and review career applications; and maintain the safety and wellbeing of children in our care. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
Admissions enquiries are retained for a minimum of one academic year and reviewed each term. Career applications are retained for six months following a recruitment round. Event reminder subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admissions@springoflifeschool.org.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at admissions@springoflifeschool.org or write to the school address. We will respond within 14 working days.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Data submitted through our forms is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
